Our privacy promise
Most social networks are free because advertisers pay for access to you. FrendFace costs a dollar a month because you pay for access to your friends. That single difference is what makes every promise below possible.
What we collect
- The email address you sign up with, so you can log back in and reset your password.
- The things you deliberately create: posts, comments, photos, messages, friend connections and settings.
- Basic security records — for example the fact that a sign-in happened — so we can protect your account.
- A payment reference from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
What we never collect
- No advertising or behavioural profiles about you.
- No third-party trackers, pixels, ad SDKs or social share beacons.
- No location tracking in the background.
- No purchased data about you from brokers, and nothing about people who aren't members.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your data — there is no price at which this changes.
- We never read your private messages to target anything at you.
- We never re-order your feed to maximise time spent. Newest first, from people you chose.
- We never make your account more public than you set it without asking you first.
Your controls
- Every post has an audience: public, friends, friends of friends, or only you.
- Profile, photos and friend list visibility are separate settings you control.
- Blocking is mutual and complete — a blocked person cannot see you or contact you.
- You can download your data, and deleting your account permanently removes your content.
In short
You are the customer. If we ever broke these promises, our only source of income would walk away — and that is exactly the accountability an ad-funded network can't offer.
